Deine Aufgaben

  • Du sorgst dafür, dass HubSpot technisch und fachlich optimal aufgestellt ist, unsere Prozesse unterstützt und sich mit den Anforderungen von Arivo weiterentwickelt – mit der Perspektive, schrittweise auch weitere Business Applications zu verantworten.
  • Du übernimmst die fachliche und technische End-to-End Verantwortung für HubSpot, stellst den stabilen Betrieb sicher und steuerst die Weiterentwicklung über eine klare Roadmap.
  • Du entwickelst CRM-Strukturen, Datenmodelle, Pipelines, Workflows und Automatisierungen weiter und sorgst für eine skalierbare Systemarchitektur.
  • Du übersetzt Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen in effiziente System- und Prozesslösungen und optimierst bestehende Abläufe.
  • Du verantwortest Datenqualität, Reports, Dashboards sowie Systemstabilität und stellst eine konsistente Nutzung sicher.
  • Du koordinierst Integrationen und Schnittstellen zu angrenzenden Systemen wie CPQ, ERP, PIM oder DWH und begleitest die Umsetzung neuer Funktionen und Lösungen.
  • Du verantwortest Benutzer, Berechtigungen, Lizenzen sowie Dokumentation, Schulung und Support rund um HubSpot.
  • Du setzt verbindliche Standards für Konfiguration, Dokumentation und Change Management und stellst deren Einhaltung sicher.

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst eine Ausbildung oder praktische Erfahrung in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Marketing-/Sales-Automation oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich mit.
  • Du hast mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung mit HubSpot in Konfiguration, Administration und Weiterentwicklung und hast bereits ein CRM-System grundlegend weiterentwickelt, neu strukturiert oder dessen Einführung maßgeblich begleitet.
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung mit CRM-Strukturen, Datenmodellen, Automatisierungen und Integrationen sowie idealerweise APIs oder RevOps.
  • Du verstehst bereichsübergreifende Geschäftsprozesse und kannst Anforderungen in skalierbare System- und Prozesslösungen übersetzen.
  • Du arbeitest hands-on, analytisch, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich, denkst End-to-End und hast einen hohen Anspruch an Datenqualität.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, arbeitest gerne teamübergreifend und kannst zwischen Fachbereich, Prozessen und Technik vermitteln.

The stated salary is the minimum salary under the Austrian IT collective agreement (gross per month, based on full-time employment). Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, overpayment is possible. We’ll determine your actual salary together with you.
