Deine Aufgaben

Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung unserer Hardware-Produkte – von der Idee und dem ersten Konzept bis zum fertigen Produkt.
Du analysierst Kundenfeedback und -bedürfnisse, Markt und Mitbewerb sowie technologische Trends, um daraus neue Produktideen und Verbesserungen abzuleiten, und hast dabei stets die Unternehmensstrategie im Fokus.
Du erstellst die Produkt-Roadmap, definierst Anforderungen und priorisierst diese.
Du koordinierst die externe Entwicklung und Auftragsfertigung unserer Hardware und arbeitest dabei eng mit unseren internen Software- und Technikteams zusammen.
Du kümmerst dich um technische Zertifizierungen und stellst die Einhaltung von Standards, Normen und Regulatorien sicher.
Du sorgst dafür, dass neue Produkte sowie Produktänderungen sauber dokumentiert und intern angemessen kommuniziert sind.

Dein Profil

Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement und idealerweise bereits mit Hardware, Elektronik oder technischen Produkten gearbeitet.
Du denkst kundenzentriert sowie unternehmerisch. Aus Kundenbedürfnissen und Daten leitest du konkrete Produktentscheidungen ab.
Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und entscheidungsfreudig. Die aktive Mitgestaltung von Produkten macht dir Freude.
Du bist mit gängigen Produktmanagement-Methoden vertraut und hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit bzw. Steuerung von externen Entwicklungs- oder Technologiepartnern.
Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch und kannst unterschiedliche Stakeholder für ein gemeinsames Produktziel zusammenbringen.

The stated salary is the minimum salary under the Austrian IT collective agreement (gross per month, based on full-time employment). Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, overpayment is possible. We’ll determine your actual salary together with you.
